The GKPF is a legal foundation established in Spain.

GKP Foundation Structure

The Board of Trustees of GKP Foundation (Trustees) and the Advisory Committee, are composed of ordinary members who are elected democratically from among the general membership for a period of 3 years.

The President is part of the Foundation as is specified in the Spanish laws for Foundations.

The Executive Director carries out the mandate and strategies established by the Board.

The GKP Foundation also invites from time to time Honorary Trustees represented by physical persons who have a recognized and renowed Inteernational professional reputation.
