The first Lecturer of the Omar Dengo Foundation´s XXV Anniversary Lecture Series will be Francesc Pedro, PhD, Chief of Section, Section of Sector Policy Advice and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Education at UNESCO in Paris, France.  The lecture will be held on September 27th, 2012 at 03:30 p.m. at the Omar Dengo Foundation in San Jose, Costa Rica.
